No, because the automatic machines are custom-made according to your requirements.
2---What is the lead time?
The lead time is around 30 days. (From the day we receive the deposit and samples)
3---Can you help the shipment? Ship from which port?
Yes, we can help to the shipment, just tell us the name of sea port in your side. If by air, it is from Shanghai International Airport. If by sea, it is from Shanghai or Ningbo. And other seaport of China are accepted.
4---The payment?
By TT. 30% in advance as deposit, 70% balance before shipping.
5---Can we visit factory to check machines firstly, then place order?

After-sale Service
1. We can provide training for your technicians, their accommodations will be free.
2. We will make the training video and send them to you to help your customers.
3. If there is any problems or faults in the machine, we will give you a quick reaction and solution once we receive the information. We will try our best at the earliest time.
4. Local service agent is available, in order to better support our local end-users, we can arrange our local agent to make installation, commission and training. Of course, if needed, we can arrange our servicemen to service you according to our company oversea service standard.
5. We guarantee the whole machine for 12 months, except the fragile parts, starting from the day which the machine is dispatched plus one month. e.g. If the machine leaves our factory on June.1st, 2018, the warranty will end on July 1st, 2019.
6. During the warranty, both mechanical and electronic parts could be replaced free of charge. All damages caused by improper use are excluded. Customers are required to send back the damaged parts no later than one month.
7. Out of warranty period, we can provide the parts at free charge which can be made by ourselves. But the other parts and freight will bear your cost.
